Library operation from Jan 4, 2021 – only contactless pick up of ordered books and returns

From 4 January 2021, the library is in accordance with the measures of the government of the Czech Republic open only for contactless pick up of pre-ordered books, the study rooms are closed. Jižní Město library is closed until further notice.

You can pick up the ordered books contactlessly from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm at the entrance to the central library in Žižkov. Please wait for a confirmation email that the book is ready before you come to pick it up.

You can return borrowed books to the bibliobox located on the 1st floor of the Old Building, or send by mail.
